- I haven't looked at this thing in so long, but glancing at it now - I cannot leave till it's remedied.
I am a 3rd Year Student of History of Art& Architecture/Philosophy in TCD, trying to figure out what the hell to do with myself, and bizarre choice of degree.
I am probably too serious.
I'm told I'm too rational.
I like tea, but it doesn't like me.
I like people and I like to think they like me.
I love the spontaneity of encounters, and the moments in life that offer freedom from reflection and introspection, which are to be avoided.
I find art, music, theatre, people, books (when I rarely touch them), exercise (when I rarely have it), daylight and night-air good ways of achieving this.
I do not do the things I like often enough, and need people to drag me into whimsy. Sorry! But I appreciate it.
I enjoy flaunting the conventions of the English language.
I used to art. I art less. I bought a graphics tablet. Hopefully more art follows.

- Fairly varied; but in general I like layery music, that crescendoes well with vocals that lend a nice shape (even if I don't know what they mean, should they mean anything at all). This is not always the way.

Or rather, in the company of good, enjoyable friends - which probably is a set exhausted in contents by those like to arrive upon this page (future inclusive).
First encounters are always especially fun, too - with music, books or people - the sign of future Hedons to come (best S. I. unit ever).
Toni, in general, I suppose, deserves a special mention, for turning the frown upside down without up-ending me. That is an achievement, for I are a grumpy bum.
Finally, when I'm helping. Nothing gives you a sense of purpose more than the feeling that you've made something better for someone. - College:
- Trying to make myself actually focus on working, whilst also worrying about what to do after fourth year. Masters maybe? But in what subject? And where? (That one makes me dizzy - I never did get along with geography.)
But taking up Architecture is also becoming a serious consideration (Recession and fall-out in the construction trade be damned!). - TV:

Results Day 2006
Hmmm, better than last year (and improvement as my delightful father put it, before asking me to mow the lawn), won't be repeating again anyway, should definately have second (well technically third, but; dotdotdot) choice, and probably first, so I'm happy with any of them, and happy to have done as I did, excusing minor gripes...namely letting the side down in Maths (just you wait scripts, you shall be viewed with a gaze most piercing!), all of which I hope I can live with!
So now it's just a case of sitting back and praying/Daumendruckung until Monday morning, which better be non-bemoaned-stereotypically Monday, for all of us.
But thanking anyone for any well wishing or anything, credit poverty may have prevented me from giving you the showerings of thanks or simple appreciation ye deserve so I'll try get on me bike and do it in person, or find some other way...0 commenti 1198 giorni
